Passengers boarding the Bob-Lo Steamer Ste. Claire. The Detroit News Archives

Dear Friends and supporters of the Bob-Lo Boats, Crew Reunion websites and Facebook groups. The time has come when I seek your assistance in keeping the sites online through the websites and Facebook pages. Your gift of support in any amount goes toward the cost of web hosting, domain registration and software used to maintain the site. To donate go to http://boblosteamers.com/websupport.html
This year we are celebrating 24 years on the web. I feel it is very important to keep the history of the steamers alive, especially in light of the devastating fire which destroyed the wooden superstructure of the Ste. Claire. We also wish the New York Group well and pray that they are successful in their endeavor to restore and return to service the 1902 Bob-Lo Steamer Columbia. This fundraiser is not associated with the Ste. Claire project, the New York Columbia Project or any other group or organization. The websites and Facebook groups are not non-profit organizations and donations are voluntary and not tax deductible. The names of the supporters and or their organization will be included in our online support plaque.
A quick note, the Bob-Lo Steamers Tribute website will remain online during the transition to the new site "The Bob-Lo Boats". This took longer than expected due to the registration of the domain name.
