For those who have inquired about the Ste. Claire model here is an update.  "The kit is a scale waterline model based on cut-and-fold paper  cardstock construction. It contains about 140 card pieces and the finished length is about 9 inches. While assembly of the model requires some skill and a lot of patience, I have worked hard in an attempt to make it as easy to assemble as possible while also making sure that it is as accurate and detailed as it can be."

All proceeds from the sale of the model kits will benefit the Ste. Claire restoration.  We appreciate Mike, a generous and talented Detroiter helping to preserve this important part of our maritime heritage.
